20s
20s are the years I don't really have to worry about much happening. I am young and unless I make any poor choices I should be healthy. To make sure that everything is rolling perfectly fine I need to attend the doctor at age 20 and 25. I also need to make sure I do not make any choices before the age of 25 that will affect brain development. -
