Find interests and hobbies that you like to do! We need sleep , get it as much as you can . Make sure you think about options before you make choices

    Physical activity: You should have a routine of 4 days of working out .
    Health life : By this time you should establish a healthy eating habbits to pass on to your kids.
    Personal Life: Care about your hearing! By this time you should understand that your ears have gone through a lot ! Remember to stay away from sugar because it's bad for your teeth and the acids can strip your calcuim .

    Health life:Eat less because you have less energy, but still healthy.
    Physical Life:extercise 3 times a week .
    Personal Life: Stay happy but including your friends in gatherings . Stay hydrated for healthy skin and healthy living.

    Health : Stay healthy
