    The start of the Haitian Revolution
    The leaders of this revolution were Toussaint L'Ouverture and Jean-Jacques Dessalines. The social class involved were the African slaves. This all started in August of 1791. Their enemy were the French, the cause for the revolution to start was initially the fact the the American Revolution was a success, this encouraged the Haitians to try and can freedom from their European masters.

    The revolution ended on the 1st of January of 1804. This revolution was a success because on January 1st of 1804 Dessalines declared Haiti an independent country. Haiti was the first colony to free itself from control by Europeans.

    The leaders of the revolution were Agustin de Iturbide, Miguel Hidalgo, Jose Maria Morelos the social classes involved were the Indians and Mestizos. The revolution started in 1810. Their enemy were the Spanish, the cause for the revolution to start was because the Indians and Mestizos did not get a say b ut they were considered spanish colonists, and Mexico's creoles united with the natives because of their fear of loss freedom if Spain won.

    The leaders of this revolution were Simon Bolivar and Jose de San Martin The social classes involved were The creoles. This revolution started in 1811 in Venezuela.Their enemy were the Spanish, the cause for the revolution to start was Napoleon's conquest of Spain in 1808, which triggered revolts in the Spanish colonies and the fact the creoles were treated like underclassmen even though they were the same as the Spaniards.

    This revolution ended on the 28th of September of 1821. This revolution was a success because in 1821 Mexico proclaimed independence. Agustin de Iturbide first fought with the Spanish then switched sides and declared independence after the defeat of the rebel Padre Morelos.

    This revolution was a success because on September 7th of 1822 Brazil's independence was declared and it was a bloodless revolution.

    The leaders of this revolution were Dom pedro and King John. the social classes involved was the Creoles. The revolution started in 1822. Their enemy were the Portugal, and the cause for the revolution to start was because Napoleon wanted to close the ports of british shipping to other countries. Prince John and the royal family did not want to be captured so they fled to Brazil. While in Brazil they asked the Portuguese for freedom.

    This revolution was a success because Bolivars army went on to defeat the Spanish on December 9th of 1824 and the Spanish colonies in Latin America won their freedom.
