King James I had three sons and five daughters, of whom three survived infancy; Henry, Elizabeth and Charles. The rest of his children died of sickness while infants. -

King James I is unfair to the Catholics and this is the start to why Guy Fawkes and other Catholics will plot to kill the king. In the end they will be caught and executed. They wont be the first people to plot to kill King James I though. -

King James I dies
Died: March 27, 1625 at Theobalds Park, Hertfordshire, aged 58 years, 9 months, and 7 days and was buried at Westminster Abbey
