I'm a King Now!
The royal pain in the neck, King Henry is mostly known for his forever "It's complicated" status. He had a total of six wives all of which had depressing endings.
He was the seconed child of six siblings but only three of them had survived infancy. He was babtized into the Christain Church at birth and was raised with splendor.
When his older brother (the heir) died at age 15 the duties of King were then passed onto him when he was only 10 years old. Thus the birth of King Henry VIII. -

My Marriage to Cathrine of Aragon!
Born as a Spanish Princess she was soon betrothed to an English Prince by age three to the heir of England, Prince Andrew, who died less than six months after their marriage. Now widowed yet still young she was betrothed yet again to the next Prince in line, Prince Henry. After several attempts of a child she finally produced a child, Mary. who was sadly, her only child. When Henry divorced her she dedicated her life to prayer as she lived in rundown castles and manors till the end of her days. -

My First Daughter is Born
Katherine gave birth to Mary in late May. Mary became Queen in 1553. She married King Phillip of Spain who was eleven years younger than her. Phillip never had much power in England because the English Parliment refused to crown him jointly. Mary announced a false pregnancy with Phillip shortly after they were married. Mary returned England to Roman Catholicism. -

A New Sheriff's in town!
King Henry VIII faced many problems dealing with Cathrine of Aragon and finding a male heir. Cathrine who only sececed in one female child was growing old and could no longer bare children. With this in mind King Henry looked for a way to get a divorce, Running to Pope he tried to get him to agree to a divorce which he refused. Frustrated with the Pope, Henry decieded to break away and start his own religon in which he divorced Cathrine and became the new head of his Church. -

This time, my marriage will be better!
Ann Boleyn was well known for many love affairs and flirtings in the royal courts despite having her...un-charming appearance. But through much persuasion on her part Henry had finally divorced Catherine and married Anne, making her the second wife to King Henry and Queen of England. However, during all this time she had grown a bad popularity with both the people and court. Plots to take her down were arising and Henry was begging to fall for another woman. Anne was soon arrested and beheaded. -

My Third Wife...Jane Seymour...
Known for her beatuy she quickly gained the Kings heart and the very morning after Anne's death he married her making her his Third Wife. However, due to an early death from birth and complications, she was never fully crowned Queen. But what was interesting is that Jane wasn't really a royal. The King pretend that it was from her mother but the truth was that she really wasn't a royal -

Ann of Cleves marries me!
Ann of Cleves was born on September 22nd, 1515. She married King Henry VIII in Greenwich. King Henry VIII did not want to marry her in the first place. He hadn't been married for 2 years because of his wife Jane's death. He married Ann in January. -

Ann of Cleves and I get a divorce!
In July, Ann and King Henry VIII finally got a divorce. It only took them 7 months. Ann moved to the countryside, where she lived for almost 17 years, before she died in July 1557. She is buried in Westminster Abbey. -

Kathryn Howard marries me!
Kathryn Howard was Ann of Cleves lady in waiting, and King Henry VIII quickly liked her. He liked her so much, in fact, that he married her 16 days after he divorced Ann of Cleves. During the marriage, she helped him have higher spirits and be more happy, although she was known for being flirtatious. -

Kathryn Howard gets executed!
Kathryn Howard was known for being fliratious with men, especially ones closer to her age, and the Archbishop became aware. Eventually, enough evidence pointed against her that she was cheating on King henry VIII, and he had her executed. She was executed on the Tower Green, and buried near her cousin Anne Boleyn, who was also once married to King Henry VIII. -

Katherine Parr and I are married!
Katherine Parr, born in 1512, was King Henry VIII's lasts wife. Her mother was Catherine of Aragon's lady in waiting, and named Katherine after her. Katherine was originally married to a man named Edward Borough, but he died soon after they were married. She then married John Neville, who was almost 22 years older than her. He died in 1543, leaving her a widow for the second time. King Henry VIII expressed interest in marrying her, as well as Thomas Seymore. She married King Henry VIII, though. -

Edward took the thorn when he was only ten years old. He introduced a Protestant service in England based on his book of Common Prayer. -

Adios, cruel world!
Katherine had a plot against her to have her killed, but it was eventually dropped. Her and King Henry VIII had an okay marriage, and she tried to help the stepchildren she had gained. By the time King Henry VIII died, she thought she would help the regency, with Edward VI only being 9 years old. She secretly married Thomas Seymore instead, and soon gave birth to her first child. Soon after she gave birth to the child, she died. -

Edward suffered from Tuberculosis and died in early July. Before he passed, he declared Lady Jane Grey as his heir to insure the Protestant Religion remained in England -

Elizabeth became Queen of England. As Queen she repealed the Catholic Legislation that her sister Mary had made. Elizabeth never married and was known as the 'Virgin Queen'. -
