Ann of Cleaves marries Henry the Eighth in Greenwich. Henry the Eighth married Ann of Cleaves from France to gain an alliance with France and to get back at the Catholic Church. At the time of the marraige, Henry was already unhappy and didn't want to marry and was looking for a way out. As soon of the marraige happened it went downhill and was creating tension towards war. Eventually, there was a mutual agreement to split ways and the marraige was finished.

The first cousin to Ann Boleyn, King Henry's former bride. Only 16 days after Henry's divorce of Ann of Cleaves, he married Kathryn, who was only 19 at the time. The new queen was able to lift the spirits of the King in distress. Kathryn began to flirt with men more of her age and appointed one of the men to be her secratary. After there was enough evedince to show she was possibly cheating, she was excecuted.

Katherine Parr had been widowed twice before and was going to marry Thomas Seymour but was instead asked for marraige by the king and married him instead. She was almost arrested for having illeigal books but the arrest was accidentaly dropped. Henry 's health was already failing though. After the death of Henry, she secretly married Thomas Seymour although having to keep watch of the children, Elizabeth and Edward. She left with Seymour and died shortly after giving birth

He is probably best known for the excecution of some of his wives and the divorce of others. Known for ruling through intimidation and fear by excecuting his enemies. Started his rule much kinder but as his rule progressed he became somewhat evil

Edward VI was born the son of Henry the eighth and Jane Seymour. He took over the throne at the age of nine. Some of the most notable parts of his reign are as follows:
-In 1549, he faced economic problems and social unrest that led to a revolt
-The first king of England brought up as a Prodestant
-Took over the throne at only nine years old
-Tried to prevent his step sister from taking over the throne and returning it to Catholosism when he fell ill -He died at only the age of 15

Edward VI dies at the age of 15 because of a terminal illness and eventually the throne fell to his sister who he did not want to have the throne.

Edward tried to keep Mary from getting the throne after his reign shortened by illness, Her religous differences forced him to try and keep it away, but she got it. She had to succesfully defeat Lady Jane Grey. Here are her claims to fame.
-Known as Bloody Mary because of her prosecution of Prodestants
-Restored Roman Cathalosism
-Married Prince Phillip of Spain
-Faked a pregnancy but showed signs of it
-Rome and British relations

Elizabeth the 1 came to reighn on November 17, 1558. And then in January 1559 she got crowned which was a big step as a part of her lifetime. Her reign throughout England is known as the Elizabeth era. And last if you hadn't known before she is the daughter of Anne Boleyn and Henry VII.
