This battle was a victory for the Continental Army. After this battle the French became allies. This was the turning point of the war. -

This battle was the end of the war. Lord Cornwallis had to surrender to the American General named George Washington. -
Treaty of Paris
The Treaty of Paris gave the American Colonies independence west of the Appalachian Mountians until the Mississippi. This was very good for America.
