Nate Champion was elected the head of the Northern Wyoming Farmers and Stock Growers Association on this date. -

The assassination squad attempts to murder Nate Champion. The four men enter his cabin while he is asleep. Nate Champion fights the assassins off and only him and two of the assassins come out. The assassins flee. (Champion is furthest left) -
John Tisdale and Orley "Ranger" Jones Are Murdered
On this date, John A. Tisdale and Ranger Jones were shot in the back. Nobody really knows who killed either of them. However, most people think that it was Frank Canton or Tom Horn. (Picture is Tom Horn) -

The invaders gathered at the Cheyenne Club and decided to invade Buffalo, Wyoming. -
Nate Champion's Final Stand
Nate Champion is murdered at the KC Ranch when the invaders torched the cabin and forced him to come out. -
