 Baby can now walk sideways and backwards , responds rhythmically to music with whole body , runs without falling often , and also is able to walk up and down the stairs with some help ,

 Becomes interested in the outcome of activities rather thn just the activities themselves , becomes interested in the precise placement of objects . Baby becomes curious about objects in their enviroment . They are also able to follow simpe instructions .

 walks with coordination and assurance , lacks the ability to start efficiently or stop quickly while running , and alternates between standing or sitting positions easily
