Ivans mother dies when he is just at the age of 8. This time Ivan and his brother are confined into the kremlin. There the nobles treat them poorly and they are not treated fairly. He isn't fed well. All this contributes to his unfairness. -

The year that Ivan died he became very religous. He became a monk and then died. It is suspect that he was poisoned becuase high amounts of mercury was found in his blood. -
