James Watt
Was sent a steam engine to repair and fas he was fixing it he found that he could make it more efficient by adding a way to cool itself. he was not a wealthy man and seeked a man with wealth inorder to produce and sell his product. -
James Hergreaves
James Hargreaves invented the spinning Jenny which was a faster way to spin yarn. His invention was a single spinning wheel that could spin eight spindles at once. Other weavers were fearful of their jobs and destroyed the original copy. Others began selling the spinning Jenny before he was able to patent it. -

Invented the cotton gin. This machine was a faster way to remove the seeds from picked cotton. he also came up with the idea of interchangable parts. This made gun making alot easier to make and fix. -

Invented the telegraph. Laid a 400 mile line connecting Newfoundland to Nova Scotia.
