Miguel Hidalgo calls everyone into action for the movement. -

Info about conspiracy is leaked. Epigmenio Gonzalez is arrested and Josefa alerts the others to start the movement earlier. -
Grito de Dolores Guanajuato
Hidalgo alerts the whole town by ringing the bells and starts the independence movement, uses the Virgen Guadalupe to encourage everyone. -
Guanajuato Battle
El Pipila burns down wooden gate, allowing the insurgents to attack everyone in that city and in the Alhondiga de Gtanaditas. -
Monte de las Cruzes
Insurgent army heads towards Mexico City, where along the way they succeed but suffer a lot of damage. Hidalgo decides to fall back when he could have won the battle. -
Guadalajara Battle in Puente Calderon
Spanish come out victorious in this battle, remaining rebels scatter towards the north to Texas. -
Hidalgo's Killed
In Texas Hidalgo is arrested, found guilty of treason and executed through decapitation. -

Jose Maria Morelos takes over. -
Morelo's Up
Morelos comes as a leader after Hidalgo's execution. Had a small guerilla army, formulated plan to take Mexico City. -
Constitution of Apatzingan
Constitution of Apatzingan is created by Morelos and insurgents, but later Morelos is captured and executed like Hidalgo. -

Iturbide takes over with his strategic plan and Plan de Iguala is implemented. -
Plan de Iguala
Iturbide gets together with Guerrero and create Plan de Iguala that promised Mexico it's independence, absolute religion and an equal society. Tres Garantias squad were put to reinforce these conditions. -
End of Independence
Viceroy accepts Plan de Iguala and recognizes Mexico's independence. Iturbide becomes emperor soon after this.
