    Spanish-American War
I clearly remember the Spanish-American War was a war between Spain and America. The cause of the War was when America attacked Spain's Pacific possessions which soon lead to the Philippine Revolution. The end result in this was the Philippine-American War. Luckly, the only major injury I had was a small concussion.

    More filipinos in Navy
On Febuary 11, 1901 an agreement from Congress allowed more Filipinos to fight in the Navy so I had more friends to look after in war. With people my race in the same place it is a alot better to see. Although, in war the enemies guns will probably take care of some of them God bless them all.

    Filipino Whaling
After a while in the Navy I dicided to live my life towards the fullest and then go torwards western America to get a job. In Seattle I managed to work overseas in a whaling company. I won beautiful free land one of the best I have ever seen. In the whaling company the captain of the ship called me a fast worker I guess I live up to my name Hagibis Sartenez which means fast in Filipino. Anyway my ship called the Bengal leaves tomorrow.

  • Railroad Workers

    Railroad Workers
After the ship wreck I have been a little or maybe a lot paranoid about being on a ship. After we got rescued from the island I dicided to quit my job and start to work on railroads. The job is long and hard this I am very slow at from the heat. Ever since they invented trains for immigration this was a job done by tough men. Once we connect a railroad to our destination we take a train to back home to take another train to another railroad working site. I have work tomorrow so I should rest.
