This act is for students who don’t fall short but need assistant because of something they have been born with. Providing free education to those with disabilities allowing students to have an equal opportunity. Providing services and programs to help better the over six million students, not only to help the students but also put more research into how to help the students after high school and build a future for them known as transition programs.
