The IB establishes fully digital learning spaces with multinational classrooms.
In response to Covid-19, the IB focuses on dominating e-learning and goes so far as to develop open classrooms where students living in different parts of the world are able to learn together. While stemming from Covid-19, this becomes very appealing for families who travel frequently even post-covid. -
Ib Introduces Experiential Trimesters
Trimesters are offered to provide students unique learning opportunities in unique locations. These would be study abroad type programs that might include small trips to the Galapagos, or Tierra del Fuego, etc. Coupling a massive digital learning space where multicultural and multinational classes meet provides a lot of opportunity for how 3 trimesters can be spent. -
The IB integrates working school farms
As IB continues to focus on developing morally sound, global citizens, more experiential learning opportunities will be sought. My university had a working farm on the property and in the field trips I've taken with students, there is so much growth that can occur from this exposure.
