Conquest of Babylon
Meant the beggining of a new world empire. Cyrus the Great after capturing Babylon, made his decrees known as the First Rights of the Nations in the world.
His decrees became popular and began to be practiced all over the world. -

Magna Carta
Also known as Great Charter. Charter of english liberties granted by King John on June 15, 1215.
Magna Carta guaranteed that government, royal or otherwise, would be limited by the wirtten law of the land. -
French Revolution
Ended with the ascent of Napoleon Bonaparte in 1790. The most important part of the legacy is that was a beacon of light that gave a world dominated by aristocratic privilege and monarchical tyranny a hope of freedom. The principal consequences were the end of feudal system, the Declaration of Rights of Man and of the Citizen. -
United Nations
At the end of the WW2, after leaving many negative effects, on October 24 , 51 countries came together and created the United Nations (UN), with the pupose to reach the peace all over the world and the good relationships between countries.
In 1948 the UN began to write the First Universal Declaration of Human Rights. -

Proclaimed in Paris in December 10th, 1948.
Is a Milestone document in the history of human rights adopted by the General Aseembly of the United Nations.
Motivated by the experiences of the previous world wars. It was the first time countries agreed on a comprehensive statement of inalienable human rights.
