Zachariah Allen bought the old belfry mill and renamed it as the Georgaville mill. -

Zachariah Allen went bankrupt from the panic of 1857 and his brother bought the mill from him. -

up until this time Zachariah Allen managed the mill and this is when Moses B. I. Goddard bought the property and attempted to increase efficiency of the mill. -

The mill became property of Manville-Jenks Corp and was a textile mill. -
Shut down
They shut down manufacturing and was no longer a textile mill -

The mill was sold to a Boston based company and they had plans to renovate the whole mill. -
