Most well known as the Holocaust. Antisemitism is the hate or prejudice of Jews. An estimated 6 million Jews died due to the Holocaust. Which makes the Holocaust the largest genocide in history.

Hitler takes control

Hitler becomes Chancellor of Germany. Which allowed him to lead the prejudice of Jews.

Allowed Hitler to pass any law with the support of the DNVP.

Concentration Camps Begin

Concentration camps was where Jews and more were place without trial. Prisoners were forces into labor and torture. The largest fraction of Holocaust victims were lost here.

Jehovah’s Witnesses banned

Mar 1, 1935

German government banned all organizations of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Nuremberg Laws

Sep 15, 1935

Prohibited marriages and relationships between Jews and Germans. Also took away Jew's German citizenship and rights.

Experimental Gassing

Offered a cheaper way for mass killings. After gassing, bodies were cremated and disposed of.

Nuremburg Trials

Nov 20, 1945

Persecution against those who supported/assisted in the mass murder of the Holocaust.
