Louis is the longest reigning leader in Europe. He didn't depend on people to help him. He did everything by himself. He expanded the borders of France to become modern-day France. -

Peter dies but he established a good country. He was one of the best russian leaders. -
Summary
Absolute Monarchs are people that have all the power.To be an absolute monarch you need to rule by yourself and not let people help you. You have to rule with an iron fist and destroy any rebellion. These people are all considered absolute monarchs because of everything they wanted. A lot conquered all the places around them, they became the only leader. The benefits are that decisions can be made quickly, a consistancy, and one source of power.
