In 1939, Bell Telephone Laboratories completed this calculator, invented by scientist George Stibitz. In 1940, Stibitz showed off the complex number calculator at an American Mathematical Society conference held at Dartmouth College. -

The z3 Computer
The Z3 computer was invented by Konrad Zuse in Berlin Germany. It was then destroyed in a bomb raid and when't under recreation. The new one is now on display at the Deutsches Museum in Munich. -
The colossus
Designed by British engineer Tommy Flowers, the colossus was used to break the ciphers that the Germans used in World War II. -

The first fully entirely electronic High speed memory. The tube worked with a magnet that checked change in values.
