    Brown V Board of Education
    During the Brown v Board of Education, it ruled that segregation among children of different races was unconstitutional. In the 1900s, white and black children attended different schools. Blacks couldn't be in the same area as whites, and they were treated differently from whites. Brown fought for their child to be able to attend a white school and be treated equally.

    A man named Edwards Haas was being charged for his child's education. Haas's son (Richard) attends school at a hospital because of his mental health condition. The school was charging the father a maintenance fee for the son's education. However, free education was being given to people with disabilities.
