Every Child has to do standardize testing and must pass. This was made to ensure quality in education to see if other states are responsible for their students Every Teacher had to be qualified in a up most manner. -
IDIEA
The most recent version of it includes children who are non English speakers to get support and additional accommodations. Before 2004 they were not included the same way as English Speakers. They also work more with parents and are more flexible. -
ESSA
President Obama updated the NCLB bill and changed the name to Every Student Succeeds Act. It helped smoothed things out and focused on students with special needs and students who are gifted.
