In my 20s, to protect my skin from the sun with SPF sunscreen and protect my eyes with sunglasses when I spend a lot of time in the sun. -
Exercise regularly
In my 20s and 30s, I will exercise regularly and keep a very active lifestyle to keep myself healthy. I will do weight-bearing exercise to keep my bone density and bones strong and durable. -
Eat a healthy diet
Throughout my 20s and 30s, I must continue to be eating a healthy diet, which can prevent issues later in life for people in this age span. Protein, calcium, potassium, omega-3, fats, and folic acid are all important nutrients. -
Sleep Well
Throughout all of my life, I will do my best to get at least six or seven hours of sleep a night just as a general principle. This will prevent health issues due to a lack of sleep. -
Stay Stress-Free
In my 30s and 40s, I will take time to myself to relax and reduce stress in my life. This will prevent me from bad effects of aging, preventing less energy and strain. -
Exercise regularly
In my 40s, 50s, and 60s, I will exercise at LEAST 30 minutes a day, every single day a week. This will include strength training, swimming, and other aerobic exercise. -
Healthy Habits
In my 40s, 50s, and 60s, I will eat well, not smoke or drink alcohol in this timespan, to prevent bad health problems later in life including heart and lung disease, cancer, and weight problems. -
Regular Check-ups
In my 50s and 60s, I will get regular check-ups for all aspects of my health, including eyes, dental health, skin, heart, lungs, and other means to make sure that I am healthy.
