I will eat lots of fruits and vegetables and grains and lean meat to help stay healthy and prevent heart disease in the future -

I will try to do balanced exercise between 2-4 times a week and get outside reguraly -

I will make sure to always wear at least 15 spf sunscreen when I'm out to avoid skin problems and also maintain great personal hygeine daily -

I will try to eat as little proccessed food as possible and make sure to get a lot of vitamins -
Physical activity 30's
I will adjust my schedule as needed to make sure I get 60 min of exercise at least 3 days a week -

I will always put on suncreen and find time to relax, I will also moniter my BMI -

I will make sure to eat many healthy foods to stay lean and have low cholesterol and BMI -

I will make sure to regurally get exercise and make time to get outside frequently -

I will get annual screenings for many diseases and make sure to take care of my skin and watch for any warning signs of serious diseases -

I will make sure to cutback on salt and fats and focus on eating more fruits and vegetables -

I will frequently do aerobic exercise for heart health and weight-bearing exercise -

I will take care of myself hygenically and get regular screenings for any risks I may be at -

I will talk to my doctor to find a right workout program and do that most days of the week
