Healthy Eating
I will avoid fast food and processed food. Additionally, I will eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and low- or nonfat dairy products as to reduce heart disease and live healthy. -
Physical Activity
I am going to exercise regularly by jogging in the mornings. -
Preventative Healthcare
I am going to practice good hygiene by showering, brushing, flossing, and washing my hands frequently. -
Healthy Eating
I am going ot get many of vitamins such as iron, f olic acid, calcium, potassium, B vitamins, vitamin D, f iber and healthy omega-3 f ats -
Physical Activity
I am going to exercise 30-60 minutes a day by swimming. -
Preventative Healthcare
I am going to take yoga classes as to reduce stress and balance responsibilites. -
Healthy Eating
When I am forty I will drink only slight amounts of alcohol to reduce liver problems -
Physical Activity
I will work to get about 30 min a day of physical activity by biking to work -
Preventative Healthcare
I will make sure I get a physical check-up every two or three years. -
Healthy Eating
My main focus for when I am fifty will be cutting back on foods that are high in sodium. -

I am going to make sure that I am getting enough sleep each night. -

I am going to get a cholesterol screeing every 5 years as recommended. -

I am going to make sure that I get 4-5 servings of fruit during this time. -
