At this time I will continue to eat a well rounded diet and will now begin to include folate, vitamin D, and iron supplements to promote anti aging properties, higher energy, and prepare for pregnancies. -
Begin mamogram screenings
An increase in calcium and vitamin D in my diet, exercising at least 30 minutes each day, and practicing stress control. -
Begin screenings for colon cancer
At this age I will begin to pay more attention to getting enough sleep while maintaining the practices of previous decades. -
Get bone density tested
Maintaining previous habits, I will include more fiber-rich foods and practice keeping my pelvic floor strong.
