I will eat the proper servings of fruits and vegetables every day and be mindful of the amount of fatty foods I eat. I will try to eat less sugary and artificial foods in this period of growth for me. -
Healthy Diet and Mental Health
As I begin working, I will be mindful of the foods I eat and try to purchase foods that will nourish my body. Similarly, I will be sure to do things that make me happy and get the proper amounts of sleep. -
Physical Activity
As I get older, I will be sure to stay healthy and get at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes each day.. Similarly, I will take walks, go running or go to the gym each day. -
Healthy Diet and Active Lifestyle
As I will be in my 50s during this time, I will be sure to stay active by exercising at least 30 minutes everyday and buying healthy foods at the supermarket. -
Healthy eating and staying active
I will continue to exercise daily and choose the best foods to nourish my body. I will try to eat natural foods and take care of myself. Since I will be older, my body will be more fragile and delicate. I will do the best I can to stay healthy and active.
