    Twenty is a fun age! Avoid smoking, drinking too much, or risky behavior in your second decade of life, even if you are tempted by peers or at parties. Be sure to get enough sleep, especially during exams. Your body will thank you later on!

    30's
    When you get to this decade of life, you're often much more mature, and making good decisions is easier. Maintain a healthy weight by exercising and eating right! Metabolism will slow down in your thirties, and treating your body right will give you more energy to keep up with your life.
  • 40's

    40's
    Forty is the decade when you should begin to look out for health problems like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Continuing not to smoke or drink too much will benefit your health and contribute to keeping these problems at bay. Also be sure to make regular checkups with your healthcare provider.
  • 50's

    50's
    You're starting to get older in your fifties, so now is a crucial time to stay active, both physically and mentally. Try finding a group to take up a stimulating activity, like a book club, or a card club, and engage in regular physical activity.
  • 60's

    60's
    When you turn sixty, you're considered a "senior citizen" by most accounts. Your body is getting older, and it may be harder to do the things you love. You can keep yourself healthy by learning the symptoms of heart attack and stroke, and take measures to keep your heart healthy, like monitoring your BMI and blood pressure.
