The Secret
Brian's mom is seeing another man, Brian knows this as "The Secret". -
Heart Attack
The pilot has a heart attack, then dies shortly after. Brian is left alone in the airplane. -
The Hatchet
Brian leaves New York, and his mother gives him a hatchet before he leaves. -
Plane Crash
The plane ran out of gas, causing bryan to crash through trees, and into the lake. -
Gut Cherries
This is the first day Brin found food, the "gut cherries". -
The Fish
Brian catches his first fish in the wilderness. -
First Shelter
Brian builds his first shelter. -
The Foolbird
Brian catches his first foolbird. -
The Bear
Brian sees a bear while he is trying to get some raspberries. -
The First Feast Day
Brian finds all of the freeze dried food packages, and decides to have a feast, then use the rest of them sparingly. -
The Fire
Brian finally makes a fire by getting some wood, then used his hatchet to make sparks. -
The Wolf
Brian goes back to his campsite to find wolves, staring at him.. -
The Missed Plane
Brian saw a plane flying overhead, so he tried signaling it. It was too late though becuase it flew away. -
Skunk
A skunk wanders into Brian's shelter looking for food. -
The Porcupine
Brian gets hurt by a porcupine. -
The Cutting
Brian was very depressed about everything, so he cuts himself with his hatchet. -
The Moose
Brian runs into a moose, and the moose tries killing him. -
Survival Pack
Brian makes a raft to get the pack out of the plane and succeeds, but it was hard to do. Brian finds food, a rifle, pots, bandages, and other emergency supplies. -
The Storm
Brian lost everything when the tornado hit his shelter. -
The Rescue
The pilot who heard Brian's emergency transmitter finally rescues Brian from the woods.
