Sunshine Lake Cove is oficially settled and beginning to form industries. This includes the harvesting of Guano to use on their crop fields and to send to other colonies on Deakin Island -
Company
The Sunshine Lake Cove Guano Company is established and begins preperation for harvesting guarno beginning in November. They needed to establish a trading route with other settlements on the island and estimate how much guano needs to be collectd by the end of the following season. -
Off Season
Sunshine Lake Cove experiences a low economic time as their productions are beginning and they have not yet begun to trade with other settlements. -
First Harvesting Season
Sunshine Lake Cove begins to harvest Guano from surrounding caves. They have not yet transported any product and so have limited funds for employment at harvest time -
First Distribution
Sunshine Lake Cove experienced a good first season of harvesting Guano and have sent out product to two other settlements. At this time it is getting colder and so harvesting has stopped -
First report back
After much time a reply was sent to Sunshine Lake Cove reporting on the quality of the Guano. The two other settlements, Franklin's Flat and Florida, have reaped the incredible benefits of the Guano and now also Hyden Falls is requesting some next season. -

Distribution grows
In this time Sunshine Lake Cove experiences a business boom. All other settlements are being supplied Guano. One issue being resolved is the one road to and from Sunshine Lake Cove - no train lines or alternate routes. -
New Roads
A new rail way line is being built from Sunshine Lake Cove to Banana Beach Cove. -
Business Grows
As the rail way line nears completion the business of Guano harvesting and distribution grows as each settlements requires it for various parts of their lives - gardening sustainably, growing crops, growing grapes -
Downfall
There is a drop in the harvest of Guano this season. Not all settlements can be distributed to and Sunshine Lake Cove struggles for the next season. -
Better Days
Since the drop in Guano in 1900 there has been a slow increase of it. now the harvest is at the rate it was when it began. The harvesters have adapted their technique and discovered a more sustainable way to harvest and not disturb bat populations on this part of the island -

During this time the Guano harvesting and distribution has continued and grown and is now drawing people in to see the benefits of sustainable harvesting and the sustainable effects of the Guano on crops and other parts of the garden and land.
