Asian Population Regristration Act
On June 22, 1950 South Africa passed the Asian Population Regristration Act, which means that if you are living in any Asian country you had to carry around a card with all of your personal information and you fingerprint on it. This made Gandhi mad. -

On January 10, 1908, 2 years after the law passed Gandhi started another reellion and he gathered a bunch of people and they burned all of their passes with their personal information on them. -

On August 8, 1942 Gandhi started the Quit India Campaign to try to get equal rights. Gandi was put into prison for this act. -
