He was born in north central Mongolia. His original name when he was born was "Temujin" after a Tatar cheiftan that his father captured. Temujin was born with a blood clot in his hand. Marries Borte
At 16 years old Temujin marries Borte from the Onggirat tribe in hopes of building an alliance. She is captured by the Merkit tribe as revenge for when Temujin's father kidnapped a Merkit wife. Mongols unite

Temujin calls a meeting for all of the representatives from every part of the territory. There his empire was established which was about the size of Mongolia today. First foreign war
Genghis Kahn attacks the kingdom of Xi Xia in China. His army was made mostly of calvarymen which were on horseback and were deadly with a bow and arrow. Death
Ghengis Khan dies during his last campaign against Xi Xia. He died due to many injuries after he fell off his horse. Khan conqurered more than twice the amount of land as anyone else in history.
