Genevieve Eaker Steever is born
I leared to crawl and stand. Soon after when I was able to walk and run my parents began to introduce me to their freinds and family. I had a lot of fun playing with them. -
Daxter Lee Born
My Aunt Rachael went to the Albert Lea Hospital in Minnesota and
my cousin Daxter was born. He joined his dad, and my Uncle Mark. -
Health scare - Visit to the Hospital
I spent a week in the Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island after I had developed an internal infection. The doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong! I had surgery that I don't even remember. A lot of family and friends visited me while I was staying in the hospital, and my mom stayed at the hospital with me. -
Grandpa Eaker dies
I only had two years with Grandpa Eaker before he died, but looking back at the pictures, it looks like we had a lot of fun together. -
Maxwell Klett is born
Four months before my baby brother Gavin was born, my Aunt Stephanie gave birth to my second cousin Maxwell in Chandler, Arizona. -
Gavin Steever born
Three days after my second birthday, my mom went to the Women and Infants Hospital in Providince Rhode Island and my brother Gavin was born. -
Brown University Sleep Study
My parents volunteered me to participate in a sleep study at Brown University. The researcher Monique wanted to study healthy sleeping patterns of young children. They would attach nodes to my head and put a net over my hair to wear while I was sleeping. The sleep study crew has come back a few times since! -
Jared Lee was born
Two years after Daxter Lee was born my Aunt Rachel went back to the Albert Lea Hospital in Minnesota and my third cousin, Jared Lee was born. -
Sheppard Family - OCNJ
Each summer, the Sheppards, Steevers and the Kletts stay one week on the beach in Ocean City, New Jersey. We play on the beach with our family and new friends, and we walk the boardwalk and ride the rides. -
Waterpark in Minnesota
Every other year, we travel to Minnesota for Christmas. This year while we were there, we went to an indoor water park. We slide down on inner tubes and slides. -
St. Joe Beach Florida
We travel to Florida in our truck each summer. We travel through nine states to reach my Grandma Eaker's beach house. Our cousins in Minnesota fly out to meet us. We spend the time playing at the beach, riding our bikes, and visiting the library in town. -
Christmas in Oean City, New Jersey
My parents made homemade marshmallow shooters and gave them as presents to everyone. You load mini marshmallows into the back of the shooter and you blow. Within minutes of putting the shooters together, our family had a surprise attack of marshmallows. -
Tie Dye in Ocean City
My parents arranged for everyone to create their own tie dye t-shirt. We all had a brilliant time making these unique tie dye shirts. Each shirt was different. -
Stingrays in Florida
While we were swimming in the waters of St. Joe Beach, we witnessed to our surprise, a pair of stingrays gliding along the bottom of the clear waters. We also were lucky to see dophins that summer. -
Amanda and Jonathan Wedding
My dad's cousin got married and I was asked to be their flower girl. I was really excited because I had never been in a wedding before. This is a picture of me and my cousin Christina. My brother and cousin Max were the ring bearers. -
Medieval Games in Chandler Arizona
We flew to Arizona to visit Aunt Stephanie, Uncle Pete, and my cousin Max. While there, we went to a medieval village and made new friends. We also had a party, campfire and swam in their swimming pool. -
Tiki Night
Every year during the month of July, everyone stays together at a house in Ocean City, New Jersey. Each year there is a special theme. This year, the theme was tropical and we celebrated with a tiki night. -
Washington DC Zoo in a thunder storm
While on our road trip back from Florida, we stopped to visit the Washington DC Zoo. Immediately after we got out of the car, the clouds opened and dumped buckets of water! Within an hour, the sun had returned and we were dry. -
Christmas in Ocean City, New Jersey
Every other year, we spend Christmas with our family in Ocean City, New Jersey. This year our Uncle Scott (who takes all of the family photos) gave everyone a Snuggie. -
Pirate Night
This year our theme was Pirates. We all dressed up as pirates and we went on a scavenger hunt to find treasure. Some family members stayed at the house while we were on the hunt so that they could throw water balloons at us when we returned to dig up the treasure. We also had a beach olympics. -
MN trip
We traveled to Minnesota to visit family and we went to the Steele County Fair. We rode rides, ate carnival food and had a lot of fun. My Grandpa Eaker was inducted into the Steele County Hall of Fame and we attended the ceremony. My Grandma Eaker gave a speech and cried.
