    Pulls out their forces

After one of Rwanda's former prime ministers gets brutally killed, along with ten UN forces, Belgium, with the US in their back, decides to withdraw all its troops from Rwanda. After April 19, Human Rights Watch reports that more than 100,000 people have been killed and the UN is now left with only 2100 soldiers in Rwanda. This leads to the UN Security Council voting to withdraw UN military forces from Rwanda, as they do not feel they are making any difference by being there.

    Whos sending the military?
After over a month, the UN Security Council has now understood the magnitude of the situation and decides to send 5000 soldiers into Rwanda. These soldiers are supposed to be sent from African countries near Rwanda. The United States will also provide 50 military vehicles. The problem is that no countries wants to send soldiers, and the United States spends too long choosing vehicles. The first US vehicles will not arrive until July. At the same time, the number of deaths rises to 328,000.

Over 610,000 people are now dead and the 5,000 soldiers have still not arrived in Rwanda. France therefore sends 2,500 men to Rwanda, which is regarded by the UN as a successful invasion, but by many others as an invasion that only helped the French-speaking areas of Rwanda. The French invasion saved roughly 15 to 20,000 people in Rwanda, but the number is still rising in the Hutu-occupied areas. The Hutu extremists also have time to send forces into the city of Zaire.

The RFP takes control, and the genocide ends
After European and African forces arrive in Rwanda, they manage to gain control over big areas and eventually the RFP, which was the Tutsi resistance movement, manages to take control of the capital Kigali. Despite the win, there is no party, as the world has just witnessed the biggest genocide since the Holocaust, which caused 800,000 to a million lives.
