Drama and chorus from Etowah took a trip to New York City. We went to see Lion King and Sister Act on Broadway. We went to the top of the Rock. We walked through China Town, Little Italy, Times Square, and many more places. It was probably one of the best experiences throughout high school.

After so many years of having long hair and trying to keep up with it, I decided to donate my hair to Locks of Love. I donated 8 1/2 inches and cut off another 2, totaling 10 1/2 inches cut off. After donating my hair, I decided to grow it back out, so I could donate again.

This was the first time I gave blood. I threw up and almost passed out, so it was definitaly memorable. Despite that, though, I decided that I would keep on giving blood. Every time I have the chance to, I do it.

As a field trip for drama, we went to Columbus, Georgia for Thespian Conference. This is a place where thespians all around the state come together to take workshops, see shows, and perform. This picture was before the dance on our first night. The theme was Characters Come Alive, so we went as Winnie the Pooh characters.

James Maddox Easterwood was born today. He was a month early and was so small. It didn't matter though, because I became an aunt. This is something that I get to be forever. I get to be an aunt. It still shocks me, even a couple months later. Even though he cries a lot, he's still the most beautiful thing I've laid eyes on, and it's all worth it when he looks up and smiles at you. It's a fantastic feeling.

Shrek the Musical is the last show I will probably work on in my life. Theater has been a huge part of my life. It's always been my support system. I live for musicals and live performances. I love this art form, and even though I probably wont continue working on shows, I will go and see them as often as I can.

Instead of prom, my friends and I decided to go to Electric Adventure at Sixflags. Along with riding roller coasters all day, we were able to stay for concerts featuring some really big DJs. The park stayed open until midnight for the people who had tickets for the concert.
