JIT Training
Following the United State's involvement in WWII, the government created Job Instruction Training. This type of training is hands on. Learners have fewer worries about expectations since they are clearly explained and demonstrated by employers. This is also the training that included job aids. Individualized Instruction
Individualized instruction was created because employers wanted a way to train employees that was cost effective and ensured workers were correctly trained. This way of training utilizes materials and brakes up learning into steps. After training is complete, there is usually some type of assessment to show understanding of the materials.
