The Bath Chair
This chair had three wheels and was often used by the sick to get to pump rooms and baths. It was invented by James Heath. The bathe chair slowly gained popularity until the 1850 when it was replaced.

Light Weight Wheelchair
The orginal inventoin of the wheelchair was made lighter and easier to transfer as well as it added push rims were added. IT had large wheels in the bak and was made more comfortable by using Indian reed on the seat and backng.

The X-frame was the first folding wheelchair created to make stroage much easier. This wheelchair could fit in a car and was created by two freinds one being a paraplegic.

Electric Wheelchair
This wheelchair was created by a canadian engineer so that more people in chairs could power there own chair. These where created as a program to help wounded veteran returning from world war II. The first electric wheelchair created in mass production was by Everest and Jennings in 1956.
