Native Americans in southern North America were moved to reservations so that European settlers coming in could settle in the fertile land that tribes like the Cherokee once lived in. However, this wasn't a voluntary movement. They were forced by president Andrew Jackson and his followers/ troops. This happened after the Indian Removal Act of 1830. -

The loss of WWII, German economic crash, the Versailles treaty, and the prevalence of Jews in the workforce and business fields led to many people to begin blaming the Jews, who were the scapegoats. The Hutus murdered around 800,000 people- most were Tutsis. With Rwanda's come to independence, the Hutus worried that the Tutsis would possess too much power. The Tutsi-led Rwandese Patriotic Front gained control of the country in early July of 1994. -
Istanbul Pogrom
On September 6-7, 1955, violent riots occurred against the Greek minority living in Istanbul. The attackers, called the Istanbul Pogrom, were secretly backed by the Turkish government. The mob also attacked some Jewish and Armenian residents of the city. The event gradually contributed to the gradual extinction of the Greek minority in the city and the entire country.
