The first Domain Name Servers (DNS) was created. The domain name system
was important in that it made addresses on the Internet more human-friendly compared to its numerical IP address counterparts.
DNS servers allowed Internet users to type in an easy-to-remember domain name and then converted it to the IP address

proposal from the year before, along with the standards for HTML, HTTP, and URLs. -

Google Youtube was created by three PayPal employees and was created for the use of uploading, viewing, and sharing videos online. YouTube was also bought by Google. -
Twitter was made
Twitter Created by Jack Dorsey in March and launched in July. Twitter was designed to be a social networking website and today is ranked among the top ten most visited websites. -
Instagram was created
Instagram Instagram was created by a Standford University student who wanted to be able to enhance photos and share them online. Today, a new member joins Instagram nearly every two seconds, from the average person up to the President of the United States.
