The Han dynasty established his dynasty after Qin's fell. It is now known as one of the strongest Dynasties in China's history. Centralization was on the most important features in his rule. he appointed head to different territories to which helped him tremendously. -

This was established due to lack of educational knowledge in the country. This allowed for men to prepare for government service. To make sure that Confucian ideology continued for the years to come, he came up with the confucian exam system which lasted thousands of years.
