  • Helicase

    The helicase goes in and "unzips" the two double helix DNA strand into a fork shape.
  • DNA Polymerase

    The DNA Polymerase goes in after the Helicase and replicates the DNA strands producing complementary strands.
  • Ligase

    Ligase comes in and glues together the original DNA strand with its​ new complementary one.
