This law prohibits discrimination against Americans with disabilities. This is similar to the Civil Rights Act. The ADA ensures that a "covered entity" shall not ostrasize an qualified individual with a disability. This gives everyone an opportunity of equal employment. -
Individuals with Disabilities Eduaction Act
A Law that provide financial aid to education for children with disbilities such as autism, deafness, hearing impairments or other health impairments. This law passed in the "house" without objection in 1990.
