Public Law 94-142

This holds schools and educators responsible for bringing students to a minimum level of competency. -
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
This stinmulated economic activitiy in a number of areas and provided large funds to the states under IDEA. -
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 2004
This is the reauthorization of the original legislation and strengthened and improved earlier versions.
