Data Modelling 1
Today I made a start on the data modelling unit. I made a start on identifying the requirements of the upcoming assignments, and began to learn how to use Excel. I did find it difficult to understand certain aspects of the assignments, due to being unfamiliar with Excel and other terminology used. I may be able to make progress at a more decent rate if I manage to understand Excel better. However, I feel somewhat uncertain about this unit, due to my minimal progress in this first lesson. -
Data Modelling 2
Today I mainly worked on the '11 stages' document, where I go over various aspects of data modelling in the context of the assignment scenario. I managed to get quite a lot done, but I'm not quite done yet. Also, I struggled to understand certain terminology and other aspects of the subject, even after asking for help. While I am satisfied with the amount of work I completed, I'm somewhat nervous about the upcoming assignment as I feel I'm still lacking essential knowledge. -

Today I finished the '11 stages' document and made a start on the first assignment of the unit. I've made decent progress, though I'm unsure if the quality of my work is up to standard. While I know I probably have more than enough time to finish the assignment, I'm somewhat worried that I may be missing important information.
