Sign up for Campus Housing
Residents are allowed to sign up for housing at any point during the year, but, in order to receive your optimal placement, it would be best to sign up between these dates. -
Returning Student Room Applications due
Returning students are asked to fill out their room applications so Residence Life can start preparing for the coming year. This is done through the CUW portal and includes a questionnaire to help students find potential roommates for the coming year. Upon applying, students will also be able to sign up for time slots in the room selection process. -
Roommate Round-Up
Students are welcome to attend roommate round-up in Albrecht Lounge. This event allows students to connect and meet with potential roommates for next year and determine if they would be a good fit together. -

Returning Student Room Selection
After signing up for housing in general and finding roommates, students are ready for specific room selection. Next-year seniors are given the top priority and are allowed to sign up for any room they choose on campus. Next in priority are juniors and then sophomores. Students are also allowed to bring in roommates of all academic years to be a part of their room. -
Halls Close for the Summer
Halls close at 5 pm. Anyone who is staying past this time must sign up for summer housing prior to April 28. -
Move-In Day for Freshmen
Freshmen move onto campus early for the purpose of student orientation. Parents are welcome to join their students to learn more about how the CUW community functions. -
Move-In Day for Returning Students
All returners are welcome to check back into campus and get settled in their rooms. Some will also come on August 27. -
First Day of Classes
CUW is excited to start off a new year! Resources will be available to help students with whatever they require throughout the year.
