Christ the Redeemer Statue
This is the religious monument in Brazil, which is situated in the top of the mount mound Corcovado in the Tijuca national forest. Roman Catholic archdiocese of Rio de Janeiro executed and
Paul Landowski was the designer of this project. The project started on 1922 and it completed on 12th October 1931.The statue of Christ redeemer is the symbol for Christianity cross the world as well as the state became a cultural icon of both Rio and Brazil and it could be visible from both the countries. -
Southdale centre mall
The Southdale centre mall is the first indoor mall in the world which opened its gates for the public in the year 1956.

1 Unique- The element of uniqueness attached to it is that it is the first indoor mall to be opened.
2 Temporary-: The project was temporary as it had a start and a finish date.
3 Outcome- The project brought the new concept of mall in the market, where people can enjoy doing multiple things under one roof. -
Sydney Opera House
The Government of New south wales, led by the premier, John Joseph Cahill was executed and John Utzon was the designer of this project.and it the multi-venue performing Arts Centre, which is the iconic landmark in world.This project started in 2nd march 1959 and it completed on 1973.
The Sydney Opera House was planned to be established as a cultural monument in Australia, and it has been accepted internationally as a heritage site representing a masterpiece of human creativity -
Sky tower Auckland
Architect- Gordon Moller worked with Fletcher Construction.
Reasons for being a project-:
1 Unique-: The element of uniqueness attached to it is that it is the tallest free-standing structure in the southern hemisphere.
2 Temporary-: It had a start and a finish date.
3 Outcome-: It turned out to be the biggest landmark of New Zealand with the world’s largest single FM radio transmitter.
Artificial intelligence- Seven global positioning satellites found the exact position of Sky Tower. -
Konkan Railway
This rail line is 740km and these routes are mainly passes through three major states in India such as Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka and it started on 1990. Elattuvalappil Sreedharan was executed this project. It is operated by the Konkan railway Corporation Limited and the head quarters at CBC Belapur in navy Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Konkan runs along Indian west coast parallel to Arabian sea and Western Ghats and the railway divided into 16 zones carring both passengers and freight. -
Burj Al Arab (Dubai)

built on an artificial island. it is world’s most luxurious hotel. it’s 1790
square metre interior is made from gold.
Planned: This is well-planned project built on a concept of luxurious and unique building for
tourist attraction.

in 1999.

Capital Tower, Singapore
This project is executed by Capital Land Limited
Unique: since its completion, it graces the Singapore skyline
as the fourth tallest, and the tallest building in the Shenton Way-Tanjong Pagar financial
district.

quaters for the Post Office Savings Bank (POSB).
Temporary: This project started in 1997 and completed in 2000.
