Magna Cata
This deed protected the nobles' privileges and authority, or control, it also granted certian rights to all landowners. It limited the power of the monarch to where no one is above the law. -

This is a peaceful transfer of power, changed government in England. From then on out no ruler had more power than Parilment. -

It guaranteed free elections to Parliment. The right to fair trail, and the imination o cruel and unusal punishments. -

He proposed when you are born, you possess rights, these rights are called natural ights, to life, liberty, and property that no government could take away. -
Baron de Montesquieu
He developed the idea about dividing the banches of government into different parts to baance each other, so that no one part an become too strong of threaten individual rights. -
Jean-Jacques Rousseau
He wrote The Soical Contract, in which in simple words would be people giving up part of their freedom for protection of their rights. People aree to obey the government for protection.
