Developed by Apple, the Lisa Computer was one of the first personal computers to have graphical user interface (GUI). It came with a Motorola 68000 microprocessor and was equipped with 1 MB of RAM, a 12-inch black-and-white monitor, dual 5.25-inch floppy disk drives and a 5 MB “Profile” hard drive. -

The Macintosh Portable was created by Apple to encourage users to take their computers on the go. Weighing 16 pounds, it was priced at $6,500. Although it was discontinued 2 years after being introduced, it was a stepping stone for the MacBooks we use today.
