    Written by the English Parliament, the English Bill of Rights was a Government Document that limited further limited the Kings power & gave more rights to the citizens. The big ideas it portrayed was limited government, rights, due process & rule of law

    Written in 1720 by two anonymous English journalists, Cato's Letters published in the newspapers that supported the people & expressed freedom of speech & to fight against the heavy handed rule of the English Government. The big ideas expressed were rights & rule of law.
