After an FBI raid on the main Scientology complex, 11 senior officials from the church are arrested and convicted of obstructing justice, and burglary/theft of government property/documents. -
Unbanning in Austtrailia
Somehow in 1983 the Church of Scientology in unbanned in Australia and is granted tax exemption. -
Recognition in New Zealand
The church of Scientology got officially recognized in 2002 in New Zealand. -
